Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition
To start a return, contact us at support@petzyrapets.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Used pet products, for hygiene reasons
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@petzyrapets.com with your order number and photos of the item/package.
We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
